Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles within pharma or biotech.
• Oncology experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 60-80%, including nights and weekends.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions or stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic external expert engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and generate insights.
• Plan and execute external expert engagements aligned to brand priorities and needs beyond advisory and congress events.
• Create and manage a thought leader network (mapping) to optimize engagement and insight generation.
• Synthesize regional insights from external experts and share with brand and commercial leadership to inform strategy.
