Job summary

Cape Cod Five in Hyannis, MA is seeking a banking professional to support the Bank-wide Third-Party Risk Management Program. You will coordinate onboarding of third parties, assist SMEs, and help monitor and review third-party relationships across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least one year of banking experience.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management best practices or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain third-party risk management documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding of third parties and ongoing monitoring.
• Serve as liaison with SMEs, TPROs, and vendor contacts.
• Administer contract management and related systems.
• Prepare risk review packages and governance reporting.
• Assist in SOC/SSAE reporting processes and control reviews.
• Support risk assessments, audits, and governance committees.
