Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience with third party contracts or IT risk.
• Experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tools.
• Strong knowledge of NYDFS, OCC, FFIEC, CFPB standards.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage third party risk program templates, tools and processes.
• Design and maintain risk scorecards, risk assessments, workflows, reports.
• Train team members on tools and processes for purchasing standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Information Security and Finance on assessments.
• Execute risk-based engagement and governance reporting.
• Lead due diligence and contract negotiation for third parties.
• Maintain library of third party documentation and scorecards.
• Provide risk analysis and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
