Qualifications

• 5–7 years of third-party/vendor risk, information security, IT audit, or governance experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or regulated industry preferred; JD a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to advise executives and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the third-party risk program across cybersecurity, privacy, and AI governance.
• Perform security, privacy, and AI risk assessments of vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate vendor data practices against privacy requirements and assess risk.
• Map Nth-party dependencies and review data protection terms in contracts.
• Maintain records, produce metrics, and train stakeholders.
