Job summary

Premier is seeking a highly proactive Corporate Counsel III (Privacy, Digital Risk, and AI Governance) to join its Privacy Office. You will advise on privacy, AI, and digital laws across jurisdictions, translating complex requirements into practical programs and controls for the business, AI & Data Analytics, and Legal teams.

You will partner with cross-functional groups to evolve Premier's governance framework, oversee AI regulatory compliance, and help design risk-aware policies, contracts,

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with eligibility to serve as in-house counsel as required.
• Juris Doctorate (Required).
• 7+ years of applicable experience in privacy, data protection, or AI governance.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical governance, policies, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise Premier on privacy, AI, and digital laws across U.S. and international frameworks.
• Provide risk-based guidance to business teams, AI & Data Analytics, and Legal.
• Develop and evolve Premier's privacy, AI, and digital governance programs and controls.
• Lead specialized reviews of AI use cases, data processing, and regulatory inquiries.
