You will create and execute a strategic business plan to maximize net sales of assigned products in alignment with commercial leadership and company guidelines. The role requires strong communication, deep product knowledge, and relationship-building with institutional customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of specialty pharmaceutical sales in complex institutions.
• Experience in HSV/IC/HSCT or hematologic malignancies preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a strategic business plan to maximize territory sales.
• Builds knowledge of territory, market dynamics, products, and competitors.
• Maintains relationships with institutional audiences and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Educates stakeholders using approved resources and materials.
• Increases access and adoption at the institutional level; supports protocols and care pathways.
• Maintains accurate records of sales activities and reports.
• Participates in events and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
• Achieves sales goals while adhering to compliance and promotional regulations.
