• Experience with refrigerated transportation, LTL, and partial truckload operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic lead for all client interactions, including on-time performance reviews and business reviews.
• Deliver client presentations and lead client-facing meetings.
• Develop solution-focused strategies to improve pricing, capacity, and operations.
• Create, manage, and analyze client reports to identify growth and risk.
