Echo Global Logistics seeks an Account Manager, Temp Control to manage refrigerated and LTL accounts. You will own strategy, profitability, and growth for assigned clients while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

The role requires strong relationship building, market insight, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans across Echo's network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer accounts within supply chain and logistics.
• Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of refrigerated transportation, LTL, and partial truckload operations.
• Experience with client pricing, billing processes, and LTL operations.
• Proven track record of building partnerships and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for all client interactions, including performance reviews.
• Deliver professional PowerPoint presentations and lead client meetings.
• Identify growth opportunities and assess competitive risks within the client portfolio.
• Partner with operations, billing, pricing, and technology to align on client needs.
• Create, manage, and analyze client reports.
• Monitor KPIs related to service, profitability, and revenue.
• Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews for key accounts.
• Visit strategic partners twice yearly.
• Drive expansion across Echo offerings.
