Job summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a motivated Business Account Manager to support growth and retention of our commercial customer base. You will manage strategic existing accounts and drive new business in the assigned market, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering consultative solutions across our connectivity, UCaaS, and managed services portfolio.

Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, account management, or related experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of Vyve’s largest and most strategic business customers.
• New Revenue Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Solution Sales: Present Vyve’s services including Fiber connectivity, UCaaS, and Managed Network and Technology Services; collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Sales Operations & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and sales activity; meet revenue goals; provide market feedback.
