Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of strategic sourcing and vendor management experience.
• Experience negotiating complex technology contracts including hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, and services.
• Proven ability to redline contracts and secure favorable terms.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build relationships with business leaders and serve as primary sourcing consultant for tech categories.
• Lead negotiations for complex technology agreements.
• Redline contracts and negotiate preferred terms.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Lead and manage RFPs, supplier evaluations, onboarding.
• Define supplier performance expectations and SLAs with stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Mentor team members and improve sourcing practices.
