Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Chief Technology Advisor to lead transformation initiatives, align IT roadmaps with business goals, and foster executive relationships across major client accounts. You will drive architecture across mainframe, open systems, and cloud, guiding multi-year programs and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer sciences.
• 15+ years as an architect in hosting and network space.
• Deep experience in hosting, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and complex, multi-year engagements.
• Translate business objectives into technology strategy.
• Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions experience.
• Full stack hosting knowledge: compute, storage, networking, security, DR, DevOps.
• Experience with enterprise sales processes and ITO deals.
• Crisis and expectation management skills.
• Executive interactions with C-suite and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Inform client about emerging technologies relevant to their infrastructure needs.
• Drive short and long-term technology roadmaps across organizations to create client value.
• Promote standard reference architectures and design patterns aligned with client objectives.
• Lead multi-year transformation initiatives in client environments.
• Develop solutions that meet technical and business requirements and adapt to changing needs.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Travel to client sites; frequent travel expected.
