Job summary

Appian is seeking a senior Technical Recruiter to own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to close, partnering with senior leaders to align pipelines with Appian’s long-term strategy. You will leverage modern recruiting tech, including AI and automation, to optimize engagement and analytics.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in technical recruiting, data-driven approaches, and a proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions with urgency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of proven success as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong background supporting highly technical domains.
• Data-driven recruiting using market insights, metrics, and talent mapping to influence hiring strategies with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage a high volume of complex requisitions with urgency and tenacity.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms; Greenhouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full candidate lifecycle with targeted sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Partner with senior hiring leaders to align talent pipelines with Appian's business strategy.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize candidate engagement and sourcing analytics.
• Scale and improve interview processes, onboarding, and hiring best practices.
