TalentoHC is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcing Manager in the United States to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across technical and operational spend categories. Your role will involve developing category strategies, negotiating complex contracts, and managing key supplier relationships to deliver measurable value.

You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to balance cost, quality, service, and risk while driving continuous improvement and sustainable sourcing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing and category strategies.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts.
• Experience managing technical/operational spend categories.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing/category strategies for technical spend.
• Lead supplier identification, RFP/RFQ processes, and supplier evaluation.
• Negotiate favorable terms and drive long-term value.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and legal.
• Identify cost optimization, demand management, and supplier consolidation opportunities.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership to support sourcing decisions.
• Monitor market conditions and supplier trends affecting categories.
• Support supplier performance management with reviews and improvements.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support broader procurement initiatives including sustainability and supplier diversity.
