Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience
• Proven contract negotiation and supplier management expertise
• Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies
• Bachelor's degree and/or recognized procurement certification
• Strong cross-functional and senior stakeholder partnership skills
• Technical, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, maritime, MRO, energy, transportation, or capital equipment sourcing
• Complex technical procurement or large-scale operational/project environments
• Sustainability or supplier diversity exposure is a plus
