Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting for software, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Proven success sourcing highly specialized technical talent at a leading tech company or SaaS organization.
• Strong understanding of sourcing platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent by role, level, and location.
• Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Communicate The Trade Desk story and values to candidates to build authentic relationships.
