Neuralink in South San Francisco is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiters with scheduling, interview flow, and candidate experience for on-site visits.

We look for availability on peak days (Tuesday–Friday) with shifts that are not guaranteed; there is potential for this role to convert to a full-time position. You will coordinate travel, meals, interview materials, and host candidates while they are on-site, partnering closely with hiring managers.

Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator, you will support recruiters through scheduling and managing the experience and interview flow for onsite candidates. We are looking for coverage on peak on-site days (Tuesday - Friday). Please note that shifts are not guaranteed and will be contingent upon on-site interview scheduling. Additionally, there is potential for this role to convert to a full-time position. You will be responsible for:
