Neuralink in San Francisco is hiring a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiters by scheduling and managing the interview flow for onsite candidates. We’ll cover peak on-site days (Tuesday–Friday).

Shifts are not guaranteed and may convert to full-time. You will schedule interview stages, coordinate travel and meals, host candidates, and partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure a smooth experience.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator, you will support recruiters through scheduling and managing the experience and interview flow for onsite candidates. We are looking for coverage on peak on-site days (Tuesday - Friday). Please note that shifts are not guaranteed and will be contingent upon on-site interview scheduling. Additionally, there is potential for this role to convert to a full-time position. You will be responsible for:

• Scheduling multiple stages of the interview process including assessments and on-site interviews
• Coordinating candidate travel, meals, and interview materials
• Hosting candidates while they’re visiting us on-site
• Reliably partnering with all employees who participate in the interview process

Preferred Qualifications:

Expected Compensation:At Neuralink, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is expected to be within the below range. Your actual base pay will be determined by your job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Hourly Range: $21.15 USD - $35.10 USD
