Job summary

Veilant is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across internal product development and external customer delivery. You will coordinate plans, maintain Jira hygiene, align stakeholders, manage risk, and drive delivery execution with product, engineering, design, and client teams.

You will translate business needs into actionable technical work, maintain momentum, and bring structure to cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• Experience in technical project management or similar coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and agile practices.
• Experience with Jira and Agile teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate between executives and technical teams.
• Ability to manage complex, high-priority workstreams and dependencies.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Strong time management and accountability.
• Experience mentoring or coaching teammates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product requirements, specs, and delivery expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for product-related questions and decisions.
• Aggregate feedback to prioritize product enhancements.
• Draft PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and artifacts.
• Contribute to user journeys and Jobs-to-Be-Done frameworks.
• Prioritize and maintain backlog.
• Support sprint and iteration planning.
• Translate client needs into deployment plans.
• Build and maintain delivery timelines and roadmaps.
• Track risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate deployments and release readiness.
• Prepare deployment documentation and status updates.
