Job summary

Brillio in Manhattan, NY is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic, high‑impact technical initiatives across our platform engineering teams. This role acts as a bridge between engineering, product, security and business stakeholders to drive execution excellence, operational scale and organizational alignment.

The successful candidate will manage complex cross‑functional programs, mitigate risks, and deliver agent- and client‑facing features.

Qualifications

5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programs from planning to post-implementation.
Coordinate multi-team, multi-location efforts across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business.
Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers; establish governance and reporting standards.
Partner with engineering leadership on roadmaps and track KPIs and dashboards.
Champion Agile delivery and drive initiatives to improve developer productivity and velocity.
Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level, data-driven communications.
