Job summary

You will own KPIs, manage dependencies, oversee architecture reviews, and report progress to stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, vision, and the ability to deliver complex programs on time.
Qualifications
- Experience leading technical programs and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Agile ways of working and coaching others.
- Ability to define product vision, KPIs, and business goals.
- Experience creating software development roadmaps and aligning increments.
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements and architecture reviews.
- Strong stakeholder communication and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery and ensure Product is successful.
- Lead Sprints and ceremonies for Product & Engineering.
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing, Closed User Group testing.
- Lead triage of defects and track them to closure.
- Provide one view of Product and program progress to stakeholders.
- Do status reporting with Agile KPIs and steer Co meetings.
