Job summary

Auria in San Diego seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead government and industry collaborations, manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and ensure contractual compliance across all program phases.

You will oversee design, development, integration, and deployment of machine-learning‑enabled network anomaly detection within US Navy programs, maintain IMS and WBS, plan agile sprints, and coordinate controls across program streams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing technical multi-year DoD or Federal software projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Government customers and partners.
• Lead program execution including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Oversee software development and ML-driven network anomaly detection within Navy programs.
• Develop and maintain IMS, WBS, and related program controls.
• Coordinate agile activities with program milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, cybersecurity, and configuration management requirements.
