Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex maritime projects with customers and defense partners in the greater San Diego area. The role involves coordinating experts, defining milestones, and delivering solutions on time.

You will drive customer engagements, align internal teams, and craft technical proposals. Occasional remote work is possible, with primary office presence in Southern California.

Qualifications

• US citizenship or right to work in the US
• 3+ years supporting software/hardware programs
• Experience building programs from ground-up
• 2+ years leading diverse resources on complex projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Ability to travel to customer sites (≈25%)

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for projects
• Engage customers to identify pain points and new engagements
• Coordinate with internal teams on customer use cases and gaps
• Prepare technical proposals with SMEs
• Manage project timings and resource planning with customers
