Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Technical Project Manager in Milwaukee, WI to program manage Epics and the Delivery Program across HR and Law & Public Affairs delivery teams. You will plan, coordinate, and actively manage technical delivery plans for complex, cross-functional digital solutions spanning multiple products.

You will lead a team, drive dependencies, and define structures to ensure alignment with objectives, risks, and measurable outcomes. This role is onsite and collaborative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Minimum of four years of program management experience in technology or business functions.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives using waterfall, agile, lean, scrum, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Drive aspects of a larger program with medium complexity.
• Connect teams to identify and manage inter-dependencies.
• Define program structure and create a unified delivery plan.
• Clarify objectives, priorities, and success measures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; remove impediments.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and provide thought leadership.
• Solve complex problems with broad business impact using innovative thinking.
• Influence direction and resource allocation for programs and projects.
