Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Milwaukee, WI to program manage epics and the delivery program across HR and Law & Public Affairs teams. You will plan, coordinate, and actively manage technical delivery plans for cross-functional digital product solutions that span multiple technical products.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of program management experience in technology, with experience across waterfall, agile, lean, and SDLC, plus epics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of four years of program management experience in technology and/or business functions.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives using waterfall, agile, lean, scrum, and SDLC; epics oversight and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Drive aspects of a larger program with medium complexity.
• Identify and manage inter-dependencies across teams.
• Define program structure and deliver a unified plan.
• Establish clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; remove impediments.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and provide thought leadership.
• Develop innovative solutions with broad business impact.
• Influence direction and resource allocation for programs and services.
• Explain complex information and build consensus across stakeholders.
