Qualifications

• Strong portfolio management experience across multiple initiatives.
• Proven PMO governance and RAID management capabilities.
• Experience delivering technology programs with stakeholder influence.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive accountability without direct delivery authority.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Product, Analytics, Enterprise Technology).

Responsabilités

• Establish reusable portfolio management tools and operating practices.
• Create governance and operating model for the portfolio.
• Develop RAID and decision rights framework.
• Deliver integrated technology portfolio roadmap and reporting package.
• Coordinate vendor, business, product, analytics, and tech delivery activities.
• Drive change management, adoption, and readiness planning.
