Job summary

Golden1 is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive the delivery of major products and capabilities aligned with the enterprise roadmap. You will collaborate with program managers, business leaders, and a cross-functional Scrum team to steer execution and optimize value.

The role focuses on prioritizing the product backlog, guiding the development team, and translating business needs into technical requirements, while ensuring alignment with regulatory and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/IT or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in product management, digital transformation, solution design and business planning.
• 3+ years in operations, engineering, agile methodologies, or solution development.
• Experience in developing new products and understanding commercial implications.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership, translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize user stories.
• Balance business needs with funding and resources; recommend technology solutions.
• Guide SCRUM team and business partners (30% project support).
• Define, deliver, prioritize, and manage a major product backlog.
• Ensure user stories are ready with acceptance criteria and align with product vision.
