Job summary

Curion is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge business strategy and engineering execution. You will translate objectives into clear technical requirements, define product roadmaps with engineering, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

You will read code, discuss architecture, and align stakeholders across US time zones in a hands-on role embedded with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a hybrid role spanning strategy and engineering
• Ability to read and understand code, discuss architecture and system design with engineers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, scope management, and cross-functional coordination
• Experience with modern development tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and user needs into clear, well-scoped technical requirements
• Partner with engineering to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the backlog
• Participate in system design discussions, understanding architectural tradeoffs and impact on timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution
• Manage project timelines, identify risks early, and address blockers before delivery
• Decompose problems into actionable components for focused execution
• Maintain documentation of requirements, decisions, dependencies, and product specifications
• Communicate product progress and strategic rationale to leadership and stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvement to deliver more effectively over time
