Job summary

Covista seeks a Senior Technology Product Owner to define the portfolio vision and drive planning, prioritization, and feature delivery aligned to strategic goals. You will coach Product Owners on end-to-end processes and decompose initiatives into roadmaps, partnering with stakeholders to maximize value for students and colleagues.

You will lead a team of Product Owners, PMs, and IT stakeholders to finalize short- and long-term roadmaps, balance capacity, and ensure timely feature upgrades

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 9+ years of Product Management/Ownership experience in Agile/SaaS environments.
• Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience managing vendor deliverables and multi-team coordination.
• Proficiency with Agile product management, business analysis, and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with Product Owners, Digital PMs and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management to balance roadmaps.
• Define metrics, drive adoption, and iterate post-delivery improvements.
• Build relationships with senior colleagues across functions to align outcomes.
• Facilitate mapping sessions and support changes that enhance student and colleague experiences.
• Engage with vendors to align product upgrades with business goals.
• Ensure delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies are managed.
• Coach and develop the Technology Product Owner community.
