The Strategic Technical Marketing Manager leads strategy and execution in our industrial applications, including healthcare, ADS (aerospace defense space), robotics, industrial and home automation, and beyond. You will be the owner of the application system block diagrams and selection guides, make sure the latest and best products are well represented in such applications. You will also be responsible for system solution strategy, execution, and go‑to‑market promotion, with a clear objective of driving meaningful revenue growth. You will enable cross‑functional success by partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Field Application Engineers, and Marketing to align strategy, execution, and customer engagement.
You will also translate customer roadmaps and application needs into system‑level product requirements, shaping solutions across areas such as circuit protection, sensing, power conversion, and power management. You will help prioritize development investments to ensure the strongest market impact. You will work collaboratively with global teams and key OEM and ODM customers worldwide, influence designs early in the development cycle, ensuring Littelfuse solutions are designed early, differentiated effectively, and win in the market.
