You will collaborate with sales, architects, and product designers to define roadmaps and ensure success for strategic accounts.

The role emphasizes relationship building, risk management, and executive communication, with in-office requirements 4-5 days a week and a focus on growth through trusted advisor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven background in support of DoD; ideally with Army, Navy, or USAF contracts
• 5+ years of experience in an agile delivery environment with at least 1 year of experience leading a team
• Willingness to travel; 10% or less annually to support customer engagement

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver innovative solutions built on the Appian platform for our customers.
• Oversee agile delivery, risk management, and impediment removal.
• Collaborate with front-line sales to drive growth in strategic accounts and integrated deals.
• Engage in project and account management, relationship building with stakeholders and partners.
