Job summary

Responsibilities include identifying gaps, documenting rules and dependencies, and tracing every requirement to its source page. This role is Richmond, VA on-site for an upcoming project with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current resume or profile showing experience relevant to Technical Business Analyst - Commonwealth of Virginia / eVA and agency procurement sources.
• Examples of comparable work, outcomes, deliverables, and the tools or methods you personally used.
• Copies or verifiable details for any license, certification, education, clearance, or training expressly required by the role or solicitation; do not claim credentials that cannot be documented.

Responsibilities

• Read the Virginia IT Services and Cybersecurity Solicitation notice and identify the business process under review.
• Separate confirmed buyer requirements from descriptions inferred from the source listing.
• Map stated users, transactions and decision points for the scope.
• Identify source documents needed to confirm functional and reporting requirements.
• Record data inputs and outputs mentioned in the solicitation material.
• Compare the buyer's stated needs with the proposed analysis coverage.
• Document unclear rules, exceptions and dependencies as buyer questions.
• Trace each proposed requirement to its source page or attachment.
• Summarize gaps that prevent a reliable delivery estimate or acceptance plan.
