Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, information systems, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of management consulting, technology consulting, or business transformation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
• Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements.
• Evaluate client processes, tech environments, operating models, and org structures to identify risks.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze alternative solutions and recommend actions based on objectives and feasibility.
• Develop technology strategies, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Lead ERP evaluations, system-selection initiatives, and technology implementations.
• Advise clients in identifying AI and automation opportunities.
• Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Present findings to client management and executives.
• Escalate project risks and recommend corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project activities and deliverables.
• Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; ensure on-budget delivery.
• Support engagement economics and project reporting.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates and contribute to their development.
• Review work products for quality and alignment with client objectives.
• Delegate tasks and foster collaboration within the team.
• Contribute to methodology development, templates, and intellectual capital.
• Participate in proposal development and client pursuit activities.
• Support thought leadership in technology, transformation, AI, and operational excellence.
• Travel approximately 10-15% as needed.
