Job summary

HCVT is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver strategic technology and business transformation engagements for middle-market and PE-backed clients in a hybrid work setting. You will partner with client leadership to assess operations, develop roadmaps, and support implementation of tech-enabled solutions.

The role requires leading project workstreams, mentoring associates, and presenting findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or internal strategy roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of leading workstreams.
• Experience with senior client stakeholders and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements.
• Evaluate processes, technology environments, and operating models for risks.
• Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Mentor associates and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to methodology development and thought leadership.
