Job summary

HCVT is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver technology and business transformation work for middle-market and PE-backed clients. You will partner with client leadership to assess operations, design roadmaps, and support technology-enabled implementations.

The role combines project leadership, mentoring, and engagement-management across ERP, AI, and process optimization initiatives. This hybrid position offers growth and exposure to diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years in management/technology consulting or transformation roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experienced with executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements.
• Evaluate processes, tech environments, operating models, and risks.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Lead ERP evaluations and technology implementations; define requirements.
• Advise on AI and automation opportunities; develop executive recommendations.
• Present findings to client management and executives; escalate risks as needed.
• Coordinate and manage project activities across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget adherence.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates; ensure quality deliverables.
• Contribute to methodology development and client pursuit activities.
