Job summary

HCVT LLP is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive technology-enabled business transformations for middle-market and PE-backed clients. You will partner with client leadership to assess operations, identify improvements, and develop roadmaps with hands-on implementation support.

You will manage workstreams, mentor associates, and serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders across ERP projects, AI/automation initiatives, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in: Management consulting, Technology consulting, Business transformation, Internal strategy or transformation functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading project workstreams and managing multiple priorities.
• Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements.
• Evaluate client processes, tech environments, operating models and org structures to identify risks.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze alternatives and recommend actions based on objectives, constraints, risks, and feasibility.
• Develop technology strategies, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Lead ERP evaluations and technology implementations including requirements, design, testing and deployment planning.
• Advise clients on AI and automation opportunities.
• Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Present findings to client management teams and executives.
• Escalate project risks and recommend corrective actions.
