• Partner with technology leaders to deliver hiring strategies for critical engineering and technology talent.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized and business-critical technical roles.
• Build proactive pipelines of software engineers, SREs, cloud, platform engineers, data professionals, and cybersecurity talent.
• Leverage sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and analytics to identify hard-to-find candidates.
• Use data and recruiting analytics to improve hiring velocity and quality of hire.
