Stealth Startup in San Francisco, CA is seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition Manager to build an exceptional engineering team in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for customer-facing engineering roles, proactively sourcing top talent, and partnering with engineering leaders to move quickly while maintaining a high hiring bar. This is an on-site, full-time role.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or technical recruiting, ideally in high-growth startups.
• Experience recruiting for customer-facing engineering roles (Forward Deployed Engineers, Solutions Engineers, etc.).
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent in competitive markets.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and personalized outreach.
• Ability to assess technical profiles and distinguish candidates with strong engineering fundamentals from nontechnical backgrounds.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders, founders, and senior stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, engaging highly technical candidates and executives.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with pipeline management and metrics optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
• Source exceptional technical talent via LinkedIn, referrals, outreach, and targeted strategies.
• Specialize in customer-facing engineering roles, building pipelines for FDEs and related positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and set evaluation criteria.
• Operate at startup speed, managing multiple searches while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Develop targeted talent maps and competitive intelligence to reach top engineering talent from leading tech orgs.
• Deliver compelling outreach and communicate the company's mission and opportunities to candidates.
• Track pipeline performance and use data to improve sourcing efficiency, conversion, and time-to-hire.
• Build relationships with candidates and strengthen the company’s reputation in the tech talent community.
