Job summary

Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to lead the end-to-end technology sourcing lifecycle, coordinating with legal, security, and business stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and ensure compliant, cost-effective technology acquisitions.

You will develop sourcing strategies for software, hardware, cloud services, and professional services, while maintaining governance and risk management across vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, information technology, finance, contract management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of technology sourcing, procurement, vendor management, contract management experience.
• Experience negotiating software, cloud, hardware, professional services, maintenance, and support agreements.
• Knowledge of contract terms, licensing, pricing, SLAs, data protection, and vendor risk concepts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews with Legal, Information Security, Privacy, Finance, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology sourcing lifecycle from intake to renewal.
• Manage TEC operations, including meetings, agendas, and documentation.
• Partner with requestors to clarify needs, funding, timing, and total cost of ownership.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for software, hardware, cloud services, and more.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP processes, vendor demonstrations, and evaluation criteria.
