Mercor in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager, Technology, to lead sourcing and negotiations across software, AI, cloud, and infrastructure. You will partner with Engineering, Security, Product, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to craft scalable commercial frameworks.

This high-visibility role offers ownership of multi-million-dollar deals, direct impact on tech adoption, and a path to shape Mercor's supplier ecosystem as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud, AI, or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to structure win-win agreements and drive business value.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment with stakeholder partnership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and commercial negotiations across software, AI, cloud, infrastructure, security, developer tools, and business services.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Product, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Structure commercial agreements balancing speed, flexibility, cost, and long-term value.
• Negotiate $1M+ strategic vendor relationships and multi-million-dollar deals.
• Own competitive sourcing events, pricing strategy, renewals, and supplier relationships.
• Provide market insights to influence vendor decisions and investments.
• Help build scalable procurement processes to enable growth without friction.
