Cartesia AI, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sourcer to fuel our growth by identifying and engaging world-class technical talent. You will source, screen, and manage candidates through the process while leading strategic hiring initiatives with Recruiting.

You will build a robust pipeline across Research/ML Engineering, Platform & Software Engineering, and Product Engineering, using diverse channels and personalized outreach to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in technical sourcing, with a focus on Engineering hiring.
• Ability to source for highly specialized technical roles and discuss ML concepts.
• Experience with Boolean search, talent mapping, and navigating online ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Drive to find top talent and curiosity about the AI landscape.
• Attention to detail and experience using ATS and recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Mapping: develop and execute sourcing strategies for Research/ML Eng, Platform & Software Eng and Product Eng.
• Creative Sourcing: use channels beyond LinkedIn including conferences, arXiv, GitHub, and Hugging Face.
• Pipeline Generation: build a robust pipeline of passive candidates for current and future roles.
• Personalized Outreach: craft compelling, authentic messages for a technical audience.
• Candidate Engagement: be the first contact to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Partnership: collaborate with Recruiting and hiring managers to calibrate search.
