Montgomery County Intermediate Unit is seeking a Strategic Technology Services Specialist to manage conference center operations, procurement, contract administration, and billing activities, ensuring compliance and high-level customer service across programs.

Based in Montgomery County, the role collaborates with schools, vendors, and community partners, supporting revenue-generating services and strategic initiatives while maintaining timely, accurate financial workflows and technology

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Certificates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or related areas preferred.
• 1-3 years of progress experience in coordination, procurement, AV management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of conference center operations including reservations, scheduling and event logistics.
• Develop reports and metrics to support planning and decision-making.
• Oversee procurement activities across programs and maintain records.
• Coordinate contract administration and Board items, ensuring compliance.
• Serve as liaison among staff, districts, vendors and partners.
