Job summary

Avicado is seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our Advisory team. You’ll proactively oversee successful, on-schedule, and on-budget software project delivery.

You’ll work with Fortune 500 clients across industries, translating business goals into actionable project plans and communicating clearly with stakeholders. Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in technical project management for technology software delivery.
• Ability to advise clients with confidence in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
• Self-motivated, proactive and adaptable to varied team styles.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication.
• Ability to tailor communication to stakeholders across levels.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Willingness to work across time zones including Dubai Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans with client collaboration, outlining milestones, tasks and resource needs.
• Communicate effectively and foster strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
• Identify and communicate potential risks to the project outcome.
• Deliver high-quality deliverables on time to maintain standards throughout the project.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, maintain documentation, and analyze project data and metrics.
