Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a PMO/Project Manager to join our Jersey City team. This hands-on role requires owning PMO artifacts, tracking plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, and delivering executive-level reporting in a Banking/Financial Services context.

You will coordinate Agile delivery, manage budgets and resources, and work with global stakeholders. Travel up to 50% to Brazil may be required. A Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years PMO/PM experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in PMO/Project Management related roles.
• Hands-on PMO experience; create and maintain plans, RAID logs, reports and governance artifacts.
• At least 5+ years in Banking/Financial Services tech transformation.
• 5+ years in an Agile delivery environment with ceremonies and tracking.
• Strong governance, milestone tracking and executive reporting.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain PMO artifacts, plans, RAID logs and dashboards.
• Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, and sprint commitments.
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate governance forums and meeting materials; track actions.
• Support Agile ceremonies and track delivery progress with teams.
• Consolidate multi-workstream status and identify risks and issues.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, actuals and resource costs.
• Collaborate with business, technology and vendors to drive delivery.
