Job summary

Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, LLC seeks a Technical Program Director to spearhead cross-functional, high‑visibility initiatives spanning product, engineering, data, and operations. You will report to the CTO and drive governance, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 5+ years leading complex programs, fluency with structured and Agile delivery, and proficiency with program tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading complex, technical cross-functional programs, ideally with large-scale software delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent program-management rigor.
• Track record managing programs with real budget, staffing, and executive accountability.
• Fluency in structured (waterfall) and Agile delivery models and when to apply each.
• Demonstrated proficiency using tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain scope, schedule, and budget baselines for assigned programs.
• Maintain integrated program plans and dependency maps to align engineering, product, QA, data, and operations workstreams.
• Manage risk, issues, and blockers with proactive escalation and mitigation plans.
• Communicate status to CTO and executive stakeholders with clear, actionable updates.
• Partner with Product, Engineering leadership, and workstream owners to instill program discipline.
