Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead high-technology programs involving hardware, software, and systems integration. You will drive execution, ensure contractual obligations are met within budget and schedule, and act as primary customer contact.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing proposals, and overseeing all program phases from design to delivery, with focus on risk management and profitable performance across $15–$500

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in electronics, software or mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Ten years of related technical or engineering experience including seven years of project management or supervision.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple programs in accordance with contracts and policies.
• Lead cross-functional program teams across the company.
• Oversee proposal development, product design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
• Perform Earned Value management tasks.
• Mentor program managers in successful execution.
