Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in technology strategic sourcing.
• Proven ability to lead high-value sourcing initiatives end-to-end.
• Deep experience across SaaS, cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, hardware, and engineering services.
• Strong negotiation of complex technology agreements and commercial models.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with a focus on total cost of ownership.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage third‑party risk.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute category strategies across Technology and Product, including SaaS, cloud infrastructure, data/AI, cybersecurity, and more.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Technology and Product leaders on supplier selection, commercial models, and sourcing decisions.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives from strategy through implementation and value realization.
• Develop business cases and negotiate sophisticated technology agreements and commercial structures.
• Use market intelligence and financial modeling to evaluate total cost of ownership and guide recommendations.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships across multiple functions to drive performance and risk management.
• Mentor Procurement teammates and advance procurement capabilities with analytics and AI.
