Qualifications

• Typically eight or more years of experience in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies maximizing customer value with continuous improvement.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage cost-based reduction strategies.
• Create communications plans for contracting events and categories.
• Monitor KPI usage to improve category strategy and supplier performance.
• Identify alternative suppliers and risk mitigation for partnerships.
• Mentor new associates on procurement policy and sourcing skills.
