Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, materials management, logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years in strategic sourcing, vendor relations, contract development, procurement process/policy and negotiation.
• Experience in healthcare procurement and regulatory/compliance context.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver category strategic sessions and develop roadmaps for sourcing needs.
• Mentor and coach category team members and ensure roadmap alignment.
• Perform market research to identify opportunities and benchmark prices.
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure contracts follow review/approval processes.
• Advance supplier diversity and support local economic development.
• Analyze ROI, support IP/ROI analyses, and monitor vendor performance.
