Job summary

Dexter seeks a Technology Portfolio & Delivery Manager to create transparency across the technology portfolio and lead high-priority initiatives from planning to implementation. The role sits at the intersection of portfolio governance and hands-on project delivery, requiring disciplined planning, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will build executable plans, coordinate roadmaps, and drive priority work to completion, ensuring delivery readiness and alignment with business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years in technology project/program/portfolio management roles.
3+ years leading complex cross-functional tech initiatives.
Experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, and governance.
Familiarity with portfolio intake, roadmaps, business cases, and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

Maintain a decision-ready portfolio view across technology programs and initiatives.
Lead priority initiatives end-to-end from planning through implementation and transition to operations.
Define scope, milestones, and success measures; ensure governance and documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and escalate with options and recommendations.
Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and decision logs.
