Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an accomplished product leader to own the Vision Americas Connected Experience. You will define a multi-year strategy, align regional priorities with global platforms, and drive digital capabilities across professional, consumer, and e-commerce channels.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mentor Product Owners while ensuring scalability, security, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 8+ years in product management and/or digital/technology leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and tech.
• Strong financial acumen with portfolio planning and budgeting.
• Excellent executive communication and influencing.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate business objectives into technology-enabled capabilities across channels.
• Lead alignment between regional priorities and global platform strategies; set OKRs and value plans.
• Own the Americas Connected Experience portfolio including investments and regulatory requirements.
• Lead annual business planning, funding requests, and budget management.
• Oversee end-to-end digital ecosystem across professional, consumer, and e-commerce channels.
• Drive governance with agile squads and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor Product Owners/Analysts and foster a customer-centric culture.
